Book Publications:

Three following books have been published since the inception of this project.

  1. A book entitled “Global Carbon Market Progress Hotspots and Countermeasures” was published in 2019 by China Forestry Press. The book is in Mandarin and focuses on the progress, hot spots, and countermeasures of the global carbon market. The book is divided into six chapters, including an overview of the development of the global carbon market, experience sharing of the global carbon market, international carbon market linkage, and countermeasures of the industry under the conditions of the carbon market. The book systematically analyzes the current situation, progress, linking, emission reduction, and other related issues of the global carbon market and is accompanied by several successful cases worldwide.   2. A book entitled “Status and Development Trends of the World’s Carbon Markets” was published in 2016 in collaboration with the China Green Carbon Foundation. This book synthesized information on global carbon market status and development trends through an extensive literature review. To read the full book, please click here.
  3. A book was published in Chinese entitled “Status and Development Trends of the World’s Carbon Markets.” This book builds upon the previous book and adds more information about the global carbon market with an emphasis on CETS. For the full book in Mandarin, please click here.
